This time you could say that Crius has had his shackles removed, or that he’s written with more zest for life compared to the first game.
That hollowness has disappeared, and I thought about how happy it must be for Crius to be able to experience things naturally as any other person might during recording.

They’ve progressed from “superior officer and subordinate” to “boyfriend and girlfriend,” but Anastasia just can’t seem to stop being the subordinate. Watching them slowly amend that idea feels very in keeping with their characters. In other routes he sometimes takes on a more fatherly role, and this similar yet distinctly different way of regarding each other lets you feel the bond they’ve forged over many years.

There was more time spent focusing on Zenn this time around. Crius trusts him, and there were more lines of dialogue about being considerate of Zenn, so they spoke much more as friends this time. In scenes focusing on Zenn’s past or future, I felt that Crius’s lines were very kind.

The story in this game is an epilogue for the last game. You’ll be able to find solutions for problems the characters shouldered or situations that never found their conclusions, so I would love it if everyone that played the first game played this one as well.
Though this may be a fandisc, my personal opinion is that you don’t get to see the true conclusion to the story without playing this game.
So I hope you look forward to it.
